Man in the Kitchen - Part 2

R.'s Dad dropped off a flat of eggs to us the other day, which is 30 eggs!! Which normally I would love, however we had just bought 2 carton of eggs recently due to my mass biscotti baking for the wedding. So tonight I asked R. to take care of dinner as I went to have a shower, but before going I strategically placed a recipe for frittata on the counter. And like magic, there was a red pepper, broccoli and goat cheese frittata baking in the oven when I got out!!! Can't wait till it ready!!
